Cancellations & refunds

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened or used packs, or returns because of a change of mind.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Write to hello@eatsaanjh.com or call +91 00000 00000 with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, or is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the package. We will send a replacement or refund that item, at your choice.

Refund timing

Approved refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us.
