Shipping policy

We ship across India. Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days of confirmation.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote areas can take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Smaller orders pay a flat ₹49. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹1,500 for a fee of ₹30.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. You can see it any time on the Track order page and in our email to you.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after repeated attempts, the parcel returns to us. We can re-ship it once the shipping charge is paid again.
